We use two main content management systems: Drupal and WordPress
Both allow you to maintain your site easily and update it from any computer with an internet connection, including mobile devices.
Drupal: the best in open source content management
The list below is just a taster of what you can do with a Drupal site.
Add sections and pages
Change page order and move them to different parts of the site
Add text and links in a rich text editor like Word
Upload images to albums and choose where they go on the website
Multiple images can be loaded in for a slideshow showing on the page itself
Display lists of staff, events, products, services and more
Sort lists by name, type, alphabetically, date and more
Add meta descriptions for search engine optimisation
Put podcasts into place with an on-site player
Automated sitemap for search engine (Google) indexing
Sign up to an email newsletter (we recommend MailChimp) and contact form
Using Google maps
If you have location specific information, we encourage the use of a Google based map which allows you to add the location of people, shops, events and it automatically adds the data to the system. Complex mouse over maps are a thing of the past as Google provides the system interface for you.
A Transferable System
Most importantly Drupal provides a developer-independent platform on which you can extend functionality in the
future. That just means you're not dependent on Inigo to provide it for you should you wish to work with someone
else, or develop those skills in house. See more information about Drupal at www.drupal.org
Encouraging interaction
Your site users can log in and use your forums, update their details and add comments. Getting people involved in your website is so much easier when it's built to do that to start with.

Wordpress: simple, but powerful
WordPress started off life as a piece of blogging software, but it's got more sophisticated. It allows you do run a site with non-blog type pages.
The best thing about WordPress is that it's really easy to start using. As there are only two article types - posts and pages - you can be blogging or adding content within a few minutes of being shown how to use it. Many people find it so easy, they don't even wait to receive the training!
WordPress is best for building content rich sites, particularly those with a good amount of news and services information. As with Drupal, it's also a transferrable system.
