As WordPress is so flexible and easy to update, we don’t force clients to take support packages. However if you’d like the added security of WordPress developers updating the system, we’re happy to add that service.
WordPress usually updates a version number – e.g. 4.0 to 4.1 every 4-6 months. We recommend that at each main increment we upgrade the site for you. This is to maintain security and ensure that your investment stays as stable as it should.
We are implementing a system that allows us to monitor when updates are necessary and we can let you know when we need to make the update.
Currently this support is included if you let us host your website. If you want to keep the website where it is, the fee is £100 per year.
